Our forest days are getting more interesting as the children are playing more with each other and using more creative storytelling and imagination in their play.
Playing bear hunt in the classroom...
Then in the forest, L went on a bear hunt.
L: I goin on bear hunt. You goin on bear hunt?
One of the obstacles on the bear hunt required hitting branches that were in the way with a stick. Luckily, the bear hunters had sticks with them.
Today we had a doughnut shop instead of ice cream.
We made bracelets with nature and tape again.
There were gourds and pumpkins in the forest today.
T: I got a fish.
L: I got three fishing poles.
A.K.: This. A leaf on my bracelet.
G: I found it on the tree.
F: I love mud balls.
We laid down and looked at our tree.
Where did all the leaves go from our tree?
