We started the morning with our Friday Dance Party!
We took a walk around the block. We stopped before we left Ambrose to play in the trees and with the leaves. We were climbing trees, sliding down the hill and throwing leaves. We then walked to our favorite climbing bush. After climbing the tree, a group of friends sat down and talked in the middle of the bush.
Our forest days are getting more interesting as the children are playing more with each other and using more creative storytelling and imagination in their play.
Everyone stayed dry during our walk today!! We walked to the secret bridge for a snack and to watch the trains. One train was stopped and we got to see two other trains pass it. We also looked for shapes on the stopped train. We found a lot of circles. A car even drove under us into what the class believes is a tunnel. We walked around the block after watching the trains. A.K. noticed a Christmas Giraffe! We also saw multiple "toe-mans." We ended with walking by the "fur-rest," anxiously anticipating our trip to the forest tomorrow in the beautiful weather and of course our underwear.
