Birthday Number Three!!

                                    Third Acorn to turn Three!!!  We have had a busy month!

Collaboratory

The rain today kept us inside. We decided to discover what was new in the collaboratory. We got to share our time in the collaboratory with some new friends in the Willow Room we see at lunch. We found bright connectors that we used to build cars and other creations. We took turns going up the ladders to create at the ball wall. We watched our new friends weave at the weaving wall and Acorns tried to move the ribbons like the bigger kids.

Forest and Chickens

Today we went to the Forest. Acorns had a quick morning snack and then ran into the Forest. Acorns love exploring nature. This week we decided to walk the long way back to school and stopped by the chickens.

Shape Walk

                                          We went on a shape walk and saw a TRAIN!!!

Berry Smoothie Day

            We had some left over mixed fruit from snack yesterday.  So today we made smoothies!!  We also had a fire drill and went for a walk around the block. 

Then we celebrated our second Acorn turning three!
