Small capers....

The children decide where to explore and experience new things.  C- is inside the rocket ship trying to put on binoculars.

Mac and Cheese

Mac and Cheese from scratch..... First you grate the cheese... then you boil water for the shell noodles... melt butter add flour,salt and pepper, stir.

Add noodles to the boiling water after you salt the water. Stir.

Go FIND milk!!!

Add milt to butter/flour mixture...

add cheese and stir, stir, stir.

Drain noodles,add cheese mixture to noodles and stir again. EAT EAT EAT

Returning the milk to the cafeteria.

 G-"We have the cheese, where is the mac?"

D2- "what is the pasta?"  G- There is no pasta, there is only mac and cheese."

R- "I don't like mac and cheese."

Forest Wednesday

Today we headed into the forest. One of my favorite things about the forest is that it's always a little different than the previous time we were there. Today we noticed that a tree had fallen down and it was blocking a path. Friends talked about climbing over, under and jumping on the fallen tree.  

"I did it. I climbed up on the big log."
